Cancellation Policy
Kragbuzz believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made in written to our email ID info@kragbuzz.com within 24 hours of placing an order.
- Cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have already been dispatched.
- Cancellation request for any order with personalization or any sort of modification/alteration, cancellation will not be possible, if personalization/modification/alteration has already been processed.
- No cancellation request shall be entertained for orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations shall be entertained for those products on which special offers/discounts has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Holi, Eid, Valentine’s Day, any festivals etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- Company reserves the right to Cancel the orders in case of any technical issues in the website functioning.
- Company reserves the right to cancel any order if the Product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Only an email or Message will be sent to the customer for informing about the cancellation.
