1. PAYMENT TERMS:
- The client will have to pay 50% advance payment at the time of finalizing the order.
- Production will start only after receiving the advance payment.
- The balance payment will be made at the time of delivery.
- Delivery will not be made in case of Non-Payment
WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CREDIT POLICY.
- Accounts Team can provide a Purchase Invoice after Order Confirmation.
- We request the Customer to provide us the Purchase Order.
5% GST is applicable on the garments with MRP less than Rs.1000/-.
°12% GST is applicable on the garments with MRP more than Rs.1000/-.
GST is notapplicable on Export Shipments.

3. FREIGHT AND FORWARDING CHARGES:
Freight and Forwarding charges are to bepaidbytheCustomer/Purchaser.
All the prices are Ex-Factory.
Customers can choose the mode of Transport and need to pay for the same accordingly.
We can provide assistance in the transportation of goods as per th e need and choice of the Customer.
We are not liable to bear or pay for any Delivery/Freight charges.
PACKAGING OF GOODS
We pack the goods in Carton Boxes as per the size or quantity of the order.
The average weight of the box varies from 25kgs to 30kgs. Packaging Charges are Extra as per the Order Quantity.
If there is any specific requirement in terms of Packaging, please let us know.
4. SIZE CHART:
Please refer to our size chart before giving us the sizes. We will not be responsible for any issue with the sizes after delivery. We can even provide samples for checking the sizes.
We have only 1 Size Chart that we follow for Production. Please provide your sizes as per our size chart only.
5. APPROVAL OF DESIGNS:
We request you to kindly approve the final design and send it on our email ID or WhatsApp Number mentioned.
Only after an official approval we shall start the production.
Please go through the Designs, Logos, Fonts, Colours, Spellings, Sizes, Numbers etc. before giving the final approval.
If there are any special comments or message for the production team, please mention it on the Order Sheet.
6. DELIVERY TIME:
We need a Standard Production Time of 10-15 days for Production after the confirmation of the design and order. Though we can work out the best production time as per the Event/Match
Our executive will confirm the delivery date at the time of taking the order.
Please confirm the delivery date with our execufive at the Anne of placing the order and menfion on the Final Order Sheet.
Sampling will be chargeable. Sampling will take 10-14days. Sampling will be done for an order of more than 50pcs.
8. RECEIVING THE DELIVERY OF GOODS
We request our customers/buyers to count the number of goods received at the time of delivery
Sign the Delivery Note/Challan every time they receive the goods. Please Acknowledge.
We will not be responsible for any discrepancy later.
